"Tom,” “Tommy,” "Pal” Traffic Squad 4 This inspiring youth came to us with the same background and just as bashful as the rest of us. but his perpetual smile and winning personality won great favor with the ladies, and he soon lost his bashfulness. As a cop, on the traffic squad, he sure could keep the jay-walkers moving — backwards. Whenever you see “Tom,” Lane, and Flanagan the other two "Musketeers” are always with him. “Tom” intends to matriculate to the hard cruel world. We know that he will he a success in whatever he tries. Best of luck. “Tom.”
